The MLS link is somewhere. So is the team calendar. Unfortunately, “somewhere” has become an unofficial department.

Someone emailed it. Someone pinned it. Someone remembers a message from March. A perfectly normal morning turns into a small archaeological dig, except the treasure is a login page.

We sell real estate technology. If finding the technology becomes another task, we have not quite finished helping.

That’s the idea behind Virtual Results My Hub: one place for the office essentials, with room for the things each person actually uses.

Miniature office explorers search a mountain of messages beside a neatly arranged tray of shortcut cards.
The search party can stand down. The calendar has a home.

Why does finding the calendar require a group chat?

A broker or team leader can put company resources on everyone’s dashboard: the MLS, transaction management, the CRM, the team calendar. Agents can add their own links and move cards into the order that makes sense to them.

The important distinction is who gets to decide. The company supplies the shared essentials. The person using the board gets to make it useful for their day.

Perhaps the CRM belongs first. Perhaps the calendar does. We are prepared to survive this disagreement.

Two component cards distinguish company-provided resources from personal shortcuts and arrangement.
Shared essentials. Personal arrangement. Both belong on the same board.

Your office homepage can have a personality

Add a photo. Try a clay-style portrait. Give a frequently used resource a card instead of asking it to fend for itself among thirty-seven open tabs.

The visual choices have a practical job: make familiar things easy to recognize and give people a reason to feel at home. Nobody needs a programming project to add a link.

Use My Hub for the whole company or just yourself. Company users can sign in with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. The tools linked from their cards keep their own access requirements.

A website can join the party. It isn’t the admission ticket.

Virtual Results Agent Sites is a separate product for brokerages and teams. When used together, agent websites integrate automatically with My Hub. A brokerage can also use My Hub without offering Agent Sites.

Start with the things people already need. Put them somewhere people can find. Let them arrange their own corner.

The next time someone asks where the link is, the answer can be considerably shorter.
