Every brokerage has the agent who wants to customize everything. And the agent whose preferred website strategy is “please handle it.”

Both of them should have a great website.

That sounds obvious until the website benefit arrives with a setup questionnaire, a domain conversation and an enthusiastic suggestion to watch some training. Congratulations on joining the team. Here is your second job.

With Virtual Results Agent Sites, the agent page you already maintain on your brokerage website supplies the photo, biography and contact details. Publish that profile, and the agent’s website is built automatically in the background.

The agent does not have to log in to get a finished website.

Artful portrait, property and contact components float above a tiny worker carting away a spool of administrative red tape.
A website benefit should come with fewer things to untangle.

The welcome gift shouldn’t be homework

For brokers and team leaders, an agent website can be something concrete to offer when recruiting—and something useful to keep providing after the welcome lunch is over.

But a benefit that depends on everyone becoming a part-time website administrator leaves people behind. Some agents enjoy online marketing. Some have a showing in twenty minutes and would like us to stop saying “just one more step.”

Agent Sites starts with a finished result. The choice to do more comes afterward.

Two paths start from a finished website: leave it ready to use, or choose to develop content and marketing with free training.
One finished starting point. Two perfectly reasonable ways to use it.

Doing nothing is allowed. Doing more is supported.

An agent can leave the site alone and get on with clients. Another can write articles, develop their online presence and explore the more advanced features.

Virtual Results provides support and free agent training. Agents can email us for help. The broker does not have to become the website help desk or persuade every agent to attend the same level of training.

We’ve spent ten years working with brokers and team leaders on agent technology. One lesson keeps coming back: people want different amounts of involvement. The starting result shouldn’t depend on their enthusiasm for settings.

Your directory already knows who works here

The brokerage maintains the agent profile on its own website. When an agent leaves, unpublish that profile and their website is no longer accessible. The same directory that introduces an agent also handles the departure.

My Hub is a separate, optional Virtual Results dashboard for company tools and personal shortcuts. Agent Sites works with or without it. When you use both, the websites integrate automatically: agents sign in with the company Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account and open their website from the Hub already signed in.

Let the enthusiastic agent explore. Let the other agent enjoy Sunday. Give both of them something finished.
