  • antime Initial MLS Data Environment Setup fee, and

  • an ongoing monthly platform fee based on MLS coverage, data freshness, and platform capabilities.


MLS Data & Compliance

GroundTruth Layer processes MLS data on behalf of authorized customers. Customers remain responsible for MLS authorization and compliance, while the platform supports documented MLS data-handling requirements where technically enforceable.
