Your listings can talk.
Now tell your clients.

Copy-ready scripts for telling clients about the Listen button on your website. Tap Copy, fill in the [brackets], and make each one sound like you.

Before you hit send

  • Tap Listen yourself. Try one listing and one blog post, on your phone and your desktop.
  • Check tricky names. AI voices can trip over unusual street names or neighborhood nicknames. Listen to the first 30 seconds of any listing with a tricky name.
  • Mind the two-hour window. After you edit a listing, the previous narration plays for about two hours. Wait on big updates, like price changes, before sending clients to the page.
  • Fill in every [bracket]. Yes, every one.

Hi [First Name],

Quick one, because I know your inbox is busy.

My website just got an upgrade I’m genuinely excited about. Every featured listing and blog post now has a Listen button. Tap it, and you’ll hear the details read out loud, no scrolling or squinting required.

It’s perfect for your commute, late-night browsing when your eyes are done for the day, cooking or walking the dog, or anytime you’d simply rather listen than read.

Whenever I update a listing, the audio updates too, so you always hear the current details.

My Website Just Found Its Voice 🎙️

House-hunting is a lot. Between work, family, and everything else, sitting down to read paragraph after paragraph of property details isn’t always realistic.

So I added something new. Every featured listing and blog post on my website now has a Listen button. Tap it, and the description or article plays out loud, right on the page. No app, no extra download.

It’s great for catching up on new listings during the commute, listening to neighborhood guides while researching a move from out of state, or giving tired eyes a break after a long day.

Whenever I update a listing, the audio updates right along with it.

Listing appointment or buyer consultation talk track

About 60 seconds. Pull up one of your featured listings before the meeting starts.

1. The setup

“Before we dig in, I want to show you something on my website that a lot of buyers end up loving.”

2. The demo

Open a featured listing. Tap Listen. Let it play for 10–15 seconds.

“Every featured listing on my site has a Listen button. You tap it, and it reads the full description out loud.”

3. Make it personal

Busy professionals: “If you’re slammed at work, you can listen on your commute instead of reading listings at midnight.”

Parents: “If you’ve got your hands full at dinnertime, you can hit play and keep house-hunting while you cook.”

Relocation buyers: “Since you’re moving from out of state, you can listen to listings and my neighborhood guides on flights or during downtime.”

4. The reassurance

“And whenever I update a listing, like a price change or new details, the audio updates too.”

If they ask “Is that a robot voice?”

“It’s an AI voice, and honestly it sounds pretty natural. Every once in a while it might trip over a local street name, but I keep an ear on my listings to catch that.”

If they ask “Do other agents have this?”

“It’s pretty rare in real estate. You mostly hear it on big news sites. It’s one of the reasons I chose a website company that builds around how I work instead of handing me a template.”
