Win more doors from your website.

Virtual Results builds websites for property management companies. Owners request a rental analysis instead of calling around, renters search what is available today, and residents find rent payment, maintenance and association documents without phoning your office.

Three audiences, one front door.

Turn “what will it rent for?” into a management agreement.

It is the first question every prospective owner asks. A short, step-by-step request collects the address, size, condition and timing, then lands with your team as a qualified owner lead ready for a call.

  • Property details arrive before the first conversation
  • Leads route to the right manager by area or property type
  • Your team follows up personally, with the details in hand

Show what is available today, not last month.

Renters filter your current vacancies by area, rent, bedrooms, pets and move-in date, then go straight to your application. Fewer “is this still available?” calls.

  • Listings from your rental inventory, connected where your software allows
  • Apply links go to the application you already use
  • Each rental page shares well by text and social

Answer residents before they call.

Your existing resident and owner portals stay where they are. The website makes them easy to find and handles the requests that do not belong in a sales inbox.

Maintenance requests that reach the right person

Residents pick a category and urgency, attach photos, and the request is routed to the right inbox. Emergencies show your after-hours number first instead of waiting in a form.

Association documents in one place

Each homeowners association you manage gets its own page for meeting notices, newsletters, management certificates, insurance and rules. Members, buyers and title companies find what they need without emailing your office.

Be the manager owners find for their neighborhood.

Pages for each city and neighborhood you serve, with your current rentals there and the reasons owners choose you. That is what someone searching “property management near me” lands on, and it stays up after an ad stops.

Works with the property management software you already use.

AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager, Yardi Breeze and Zillow Rental Manager are built for the back office: leases, rent payments, screening and accounting. Their public side is usually a template site, a widget or a listing on someone else’s website. Your property management website should be the front door, with your software still running everything behind it.

Listing pages that look like everyone else’s

Vacancies sit on a vendor template or a portal page carrying someone else’s branding.

Your site: rentals on your own domain, with your photos and neighborhoods, and an Apply button that opens the rental application you already use.

Search and SEO you cannot shape

Renters get only the filters the vendor provides, and the pages do little for your company name in search.

Your site: a rental search built around how renters look, plus neighborhood pages that build search visibility for your company.

Owner and tenant communication that feels clunky

Portal links are hard to find, and simple questions turn into phone calls and emails.

Your site: clear paths to pay rent, request maintenance and reach the owner portal, with forms that route to the right person.

Zillow Rental Manager

Links to your Zillow listing and application

Many individual landlords run their rentals in Zillow Rental Manager: listings, applications, screening and rent payments in one place. What it does not give you is a front end of your own. Your public face is a Zillow listing page.

A Virtual Results website gives your properties a home under your name. Each rental links to its Zillow listing and application, so renters stay with your brand until they apply, and Zillow keeps handling applications and rent payments. Zillow’s listing feed program is for property management companies and software vendors, not individual landlords, so we link to your listings rather than copy their data.

  • AppFolioAPI or feed, where your account allows

Vacancies show on your own site where your AppFolio account provides API or feed access, and Apply opens your AppFolio application. Otherwise we link to your existing AppFolio portal.

  • BuildiumOpen API, on plans that include it

Available units sync from Buildium to your branded website where your plan includes the Buildium Open API, with Apply and resident login linking to your Buildium pages. Or start simpler with links to your Buildium listings.

  • Rent ManagerWeb API, where enabled and approved

Links to your Rent Manager portal and, where your account provides Web API access, keeps your available units current on your website.

  • Yardi BreezeLinks, plus a data feed where Yardi permits it

Links to your Yardi Breeze resident and applicant pages. Automatic vacancy updates need data access approved by Yardi, which is not available for every account.

  • DoorLoopAPI, where enabled

Available units appear on your own website where DoorLoop API access is enabled for your plan. Applications and payments stay in DoorLoop.

  • PropertywareAPI or feed, where available

Links to your Propertyware portal pages and updates vacancies where your account provides API or feed access.

  • RentRediLinks to your listings and applications

Your website carries your brand, and renters apply in the RentRedi app you already use.

  • TurboTenantLinks to your listings and applications

Renters see your name first, then apply through your existing TurboTenant application.

  • AvailLinks to your listings and applications

Your rentals on a site you own, linked to your Avail listings and applications, while Avail keeps handling screening.

  • TenantCloudLinks to your listings and applications

A website you own that links to your TenantCloud listings and application pages.

Zillow, Trulia, HotPads and Apartments.com

Keep advertising where renters search. Your own website adds a place that is yours, with your listings, your photos and your story, and links to your applications. It works alongside your listing sites, not instead of them.

MLS rental listings

Rental listings from your MLS through its data feed, where your MLS license allows, on a search page branded to you. MLS rentals are often a small slice of the market, so we pair them with your own vacancies.

Connections depend on your plan and the access each company provides, and some require that company’s approval. Where a data connection is not available, we link to your existing listings, applications and portals. Product names are trademarks of their owners; Virtual Results is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Every interface shown on this page is an illustration with sample data. Your site’s features, data connections and portal links are agreed during planning.
