Virtual Results is proud to announce its status of Approved IDX Vendor for California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS). As a licensed vendor, Virtual Results has an agreement with CRMLS to receive CRMLS’s data feed. It also means Virtual Results is highly familiar with and agrees to comply with CRMLS Rules and Regulations.
Internet Data Exchange, or IDX, is the system that allows consumers to search for and view listings from a designated area on agent or broker websites.
The Virtual Results Platform includes an advanced portal-quality IDX search interface. For MLS members, the data is provided by CRMLS and contains all CRMLS and data share listings. CRMLS IDX data includes all public-facing listing information about all Active, Active Under Contract, and Pending listings, plus Sold listing data from 2012 onward.
